Important information on availability
With over 600 different ceramic models and a total of over 1500 different items in our range, we rely on deliveries from manufacturers all over the world. Given global unrest, supply chains are often disrupted, and delays due to customs clearance by our authorities, which can last for weeks, are becoming more frequent. At the same time, our customers' demand is difficult to predict. Sometimes we also receive large deliveries where many items are broken or fail quality inspections. Although we try to always be able to deliver all items, it is therefore more common for items to be unavailable or not available in the desired quantities.
During the ordering process, you will see this indicated by items being marked as pre-orders in the shopping cart. If you order more items, an automatic split will be made in the shopping cart. Then the item appears twice (in rare cases three times), where you can see which quantity is immediately available and which is not yet.
We receive deliveries from manufacturers daily, so availability changes constantly. To give you the chance to get as many of the desired products as possible, you can therefore select the COMPLETE option in the shopping cart. If we see that some of the pre-ordered items that are not immediately available are expected to arrive within the next week, we will send them to you.
If, on the other hand, you are in a hurry, then choose the FAST option. All items not immediately available will then be removed from your order.
In principle, all undelivered items will be refunded to your customer account, and you can use the credit for a subsequent order.
Why is multiple shipping not possible?
Transport costs have risen sharply in recent years. In addition, the effort involved in shipping ceramics is much higher than for other products. The calculated flat-rate shipping costs cover only a fraction of the real costs we have to bear.
Our goal is to offer you the lowest prices for all products on the one hand, and the largest selection on the other. This is only possible if we have efficient processes. Therefore, unfortunately, no other options are possible at the moment.
How can you reliably get larger quantities of items?
The easiest way is to send us a short email with
- the item code (can be found on the individual product pages under the product title/price)
- the desired quantity
- and by when you need the item.
The sooner we know this, the more likely we are to fulfill your wishes.
