Firing Curve

We fire our ceramics with the following firing curve:

• Up to 900 degrees Celsius: heat to 180 degrees / hour
• From 900 degrees Celsius: heat to 100 degrees/hour
• At 1005 degrees Celsius: max. holding time 15 min.
  Then let it cool

Patience pays off: don't open the kiln too early. At 100 degrees Celsius, you can open the kiln slightly (5 cm). Only remove your artworks when you can touch them by hand.
