Our shop is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

Certain products or services may be available exclusively online, on the Website. These products or services may be available in limited quantities and may only be returned or exchanged in accordance with our refund policy.
We have endeavoured to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear in shop. We cannot guarantee that the colours displayed on your computer screen will be accurate.
We reserve the right, but are not obliged, to restrict sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any product or Service we offer. All product descriptions or product prices are subject to change at any time without notice at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue the sale of any product at any time. Any offer of a product or Service made on this site is void where prohibited.
We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information or other materials purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.

We reserve the right to refuse any order placed with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. Such restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders using the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event of an order change or cancellation, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the email address and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time of ordering. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders which, in our sole judgement, appear to be placed by traders, resellers or distributors.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made from our shop. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your e-mail address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we may process your transactions and contact you if necessary.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Ceramique Peinture and our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, suppliers, interns and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service or the documents they incorporate by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party.

SECTION 15 - SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms of Service is determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, that provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed severed from these Terms of Service, such determination not affecting the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.

SECTION 16 - DURATION AND TERMINATION
The obligations and liabilities of the parties incurred prior to the date of termination shall survive the termination of this Agreement for all purposes.
These Terms of Service are effective until terminated by either you or us. You may terminate these Terms of Service at any time by notifying us that you no longer wish to use our Services, or when you stop using our site.
If we believe that you are not complying, or we suspect that you have not complied, with any of the terms or provisions of these Terms of Service, we may also terminate this agreement at any time without notice and you will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination; and/or we may deny you access to our Services (or any part thereof) as a result.

SECTION 17 - ENTIRE AGREEMENT
Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
These Terms of Service and any operating policies or rules we post on this site or relating to the Service constitute the entire agreement and understanding between you and us. SECTION 18 - TRANSPORT AND LIABILITY TO BUSINESS CUSTOMERS
In accordance with the Civil Code (Articles 1604, 1614, 1615) and the Commercial Code, the risk of damage related to transport is transferred to the customer upon delivery to the carrier. Ceramique Peinture therefore declines all responsibility for damage, loss or theft during transport for professional customers if no insurance cover has been taken out at the time of payment.

SECTION 19 - INVOICING, LATE PAYMENT
In principle, invoices are payable before delivery, upon confirmation of the order. In the event of late payment by professional customers, reimbursement of all reminder and collection costs (with a minimum of 100 euros) as well as interest on arrears at 15% per annum shall be deemed to have been agreed.

SECTION 20 - APPLICABLE LAW
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France.

SECTION 21 - MEDIATION
If you have a consumer dispute, you may submit it to CM2C, 49 rue de Ponthieu, 75008 Paris or directly on the CM2C platform at https://www.cm2c.net.

SECTION 22 - CHANGES TO THE TERMS OF SERVICE
